1 Introduction

By signing up or otherwise using the Seller Helper service, websites, and software applications (together, the “Seller Helper Service” or “Service”), or accessing any content or material that is made available by Seller Helper through the Service (the “Content”) you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.Your agreement with us includes these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, accept these Agreements, and agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you may not use the Seller Helper Service.
2 Rights we grant you
The Seller Helper software applications and service are licensed, not sold, to you, and Seller Helper and its licensors retain ownership of all copies of the Seller Helper software applications even after installation on your personal computers, mobile handsets, tablets, and/or other relevant devices (“Devices”).3 Rights you grant us
In consideration for the rights granted to you under the Agreements, you grant us the right to allow the Seller Helper Service to use the processor, bandwidth, and storage hardware on your Device in order to facilitate the operation of the Service.4 Service limitations and modifications
Seller Helper will make reasonable efforts to keep the Seller Helper Service operational. However, certain technical difficulties or maintenance may, from time to time, result in temporary interruptions. To the extent permissible under applicable law, Seller Helper reserves the right, periodically and at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Seller Helper Service, with or without notice, all without liability to you, except where prohibited by law, for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Seller Helper Service or any function or feature thereof. You understand, agree, and accept that Seller Helper has no obligation to maintain, support, upgrade, or update the Service, or to provide all or any specific content through the Service.5 Payments and cancellations
Service renewals can be purchased directly through Seller Helper by pre-payment giving you access to the Seller Helper Service for a specific time period (“Pre-Paid Period”). The cancellation of your service will take effect the day after the last day of the current paid period, and you will be given the option to renew the services.If you believe you are entitled to receive a refund of any monies paid to Seller Helper, please contact Seller Helper support.
Seller Helper may change the price for the Pre-Paid Period (for periods not yet paid for) from time to time, and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes.
6 Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Seller Helper harmless from and against all damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising out of: (1) your breach of this Agreement; (2) any activity in which you engage on or through the Seller Helper Service; and (3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.7 Contact us
